April 1 is the start of ICBA Community Banking Month and we’re celebrating in a big way! We’re kicking off the month with a huge campaign that aims to spread the positive message of community banks across the DC area. A new series of radiant orchid-colored brand awareness messages went up in Metro trains, the Capitol South Metro Station and on the side of Metro busses citywide. Messages for the campaign include:

Community Banks: We’re in Your Neighborhood
Community Banks: Make it Great Day
Community Banks: GR8 service w a :)
Community Banks: Taking Care of (Small) Business

Have you seen these? If so, take a picture of yourself with them and tweet with hashtag, #BankLocally.
