The Department of Justice (DOJ), state attorneys general and various bank regulators have embroiled bankers in investigations aimed at bank customers. The presentation will cover everything you need to know regarding Third-Party Payment Processors (TPPP). Attendees will review key issues affecting bank customers; learn what policies and procedures banks should be in place at your institution and what contractual protections are appropriate. The presentation will also address responding to examiners, as well as the DOJ, with regard to challenges involving TPPPs.
