WR Seminar: Community Bank Chairman's Forum
11/06/2013 - 11/07/2013
Las Vegas, NV
Chairmen, this is the one you have heard about! It's not a lecture. It's not a seminar presentation. It's an open forum, dialog discussion among chairmen of the board from across the country facilitated by two of the nation's leading community bank experts. As the chairman's role becomes more important, it is becoming more difficult for individuals in that position to truly know how to handle emerging opportunities as well as lingering concerns. What better way than to hear what your fellow chairmen across the country are doing. This is also an opportunity to pick up techniques and trends used by other chairmen to lead their organizations. This program's unique format allows for significant peer interaction and networking as well.
Jeffrey C. Gerrish is chairman of the board and Philip K. Smith is president of the consulting and law firms of Gerrish McCreary Smith. The firm's expertise includes strategic planning for boards of directors and officers, community bank mergers and acquisitions, bank holding company formation and use, acquisition and ownership planning for boards of directors, and regulatory matters to community banks.
All materials will be provided. Continental breakfast will be provided on both days and lunch will be included on Day One. Optional private consultations with the instructors are available from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Day One and 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Day Two.
