When preparing for board meetings, directors need to be able to identify red flags in board packages.

In this 60 minute audio conference, directors will learn how to identify red flags, when to ask questions of management and which questions to ask. Directors will then participate in a real world exercise to learn how to spot red flags in their board reports in such areas as asset quality, the loan portfolio, financial performance, concentrations, asset/liability management and capital.
