Workshop participants will examine key risks to the bank in a rising rate environment and discuss what can be done to protect the franchise and help it continue to grow. Major business lines will be examined to uncover where risks currently exist, what actions if any are needed and understand how to develop a concrete plan of action to keep potential issues from becoming too large.

  • Learn how to prepare your balance sheets in a rising rate environment-explore risks for when that occurs, delve into the performance nuances in such an environment and how to best leverage that environment
  • You'll learn details of the upcoming Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) model from FASB-plus the potential impact of these requirements and smart strategies you can put in place now
  • You'll gain a deeper understanding of the interrelationship between credit, liquidity and IRR that can help you meet ever-increasing compliance requirements going forward
