Craig Barnes is the Wholesale Business Procedures Manager in MetLife Home Loans' Reverse Mortgage division. Craig has over 20 years of training experience, the last 7 in reverse mortgages. He is responsible for all training functions including all technology, compliance, and policy and procedure training for both the wholesale and correspondent lines of business.

Karen Barton is the Account Executive - Depository Institutions for MetLife Home Loans, Reverse Mortgage division. Karen has worked in the mortgage industry for 18 years, including retail and wholesale reverse mortgages, and retail, wholesale and correspondent forward mortgages.

Karen has a proven track record for excellent relationship management. Her number one priority is helping her customers succeed.
