Which reports should be in Board packages and how to spot red flags in them?

Board packages have grown in size over the years with each new recommendation by the examiners. But nothing is ever deleted. In this audio conference, directors will learn which reports should be in their Board packages, which can be deleted, and how to assess if they are reviewing too much or too little information.

Directors will then participate in a real world exercise to learn how to spot red flags in their board reports in such areas as asset quality, loan growth, financial performance, loan yields, concentrations, asset/liability management and capital.
