Develop the necessary lending skills to manage and maintain a successful, healthy commercial loan portfolio. This program covers the analytical processes needed to reach a conclusion about the borrower’s repayment ability. Prior cash flow analysis and financial statement analysis training is helpful.

Included in the price of the Institute is a highly recommended online training course entitled Finance Basics and Financial Statements. All participants are encouraged to take advantage of this free course prior to attending the Commercial Lending Institute.
