2017 ICBA CAPITAL SUMMIT
APRIL 30 - May 3, 2017
Grand Hyatt Washington – Washington, DC
It is critical for community bank leaders to understand the importance of using their voices to make meaningful change in Washington. That’s why we incorporated the ICBA Capital Summit into the curriculum for the Leadership Academy. The Washington Policy Summit gives leaders dedicated time to engage with members of the regulatory agencies and your Congressional representatives. Participants have several opportunities to network with fellow community bank leaders and gain access to a network of voices in which to influence change for your community bank and the industry.
During the Capital Summit, community bankers from around the nation will meet with their members of Congress and federal financial regulators to discuss key issues, hear firsthand from financial and policy leaders, and influence the policymaking process. The Washington Policy Summit is the perfect add to the dynamic Leadership Academy curriculum.
The Capital Summit is hosted by ICBA each April. Participants in the Leadership Academy have the option to attend one or multiple years. The registration fee to the Capital Summit is complimentary at this time. Each banker is responsible for his or her travel, accommodation and personal expenses to Washington D.C.
