ICBA’s Community Banker University recognizes that today’s modern learners require their training experience to be multidimensional. Accordingly, the Leadership Academy training occurs in multiple delivery methods including live events, online coursework and webinar series.
Leadership Academy participants are required to complete the following requirements in a 36-month period:
- Attend and participate in the following live events:
- One ICBA Capital Summit; and
- Two LEAD FWD Summits
- Complete a series of online coursework focused on regulatory compliance, finance, security and leadership
- Watch two separate webinar series on Financial Forensics and Leadership & Personal Development
