ICBA recognized that today’s modern learner requires the training experience to be multidimensional. Accordingly, the Leadership Academy training occurs in multiple delivery methods including live events, webinar series, and online coursework.
Leadership Academy participants are required to complete the following requirements in a 36 month period:
- Attend and participate in three live events including the ICBA Capital Summit, the Leadership Academy Forum, and the LEAD FWD Summit;
- Actively engage and participate in two webinar series; and
- Complete a series of online coursework focused on leadership acceleration.
