BanKnology — The Fundamentals of Lending

The Fundamentals of Lending is a "hands-on" workshop course in print. Lectures cover all conceivable questions that a new or seasoned veteran may have regarding mortgage lending. Upon completion the employee will gain the knowledge/skills necessary to support the entire loan approval process; whether that be as bank secretary, loan processor/packager, credit cleark, loan officer or underwriter.

The 750 page manual builds on knowledge gained culminating with the final exercise where a complete borrower's loan file is analyzed. The trainee is exposed to every conceivable problem that may be encountered. The trainee must dig for information, justify their findings and fomulate an opinion.
