Cyber Threats Awareness for 2014:
January 16

Smartphones and other mobile devices have become an integral part of daily life. Bank customers using mobile devices are "banking" at any time of the day and at any place, all while they're updating their Facebook account and ordering at the local deli. This leads to a casual attitude towards using and trusting the technology over time and attackers are looking to take advantage of this attitude to the customer's detriment. This audio conference will address the most common online threats from the past year and examine the top projected threats to bank customers in 2014.

Vendor Management — Key Principles:
April 17

Banks share a tremendous amount of sensitive customer data with third party vendors. It is imperative that they establish a trust relationship with those vendors to ensure that this data is not compromised, lost or stolen. This session will overview key regulations that impact vendor management, identify an organized vendor management program, and provide useful tips and strategies that make the program more impactful.
