Online: Unfair Lending Practices -- Regulation AA

Regulation AA defines what the government considers to be unfair or deceptive acts or practices when it comes to lending. In addition to telling banks what practices are unfair and deceptive, Regulation AA takes measures to protect consumers against these practices. Bankers need to be aware of the actions prohibited by Regulation AA to ensure that the policies and procedures of their bank are in compliance.
