Wynn Resort Room: $229 + tax
Encore Resort Room: $239 + tax

Wynn Las Vegas and Encore will charge your credit card for a one night deposit at the time of booking. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out is noon. Additional fees for more than double occupancy and for weekend dates may apply. The resort has a limited number of rooms with two beds, therefore, an additional fee of $30-$50 at Wynn and $50-$70 at Encore may apply at the time you make your reservations. The Group Rate is available until the block of rooms for ICBA are filled or February 1 (whichever comes first), so make your reservations now!

By Phone: Call (866)770-7555 for In-House Reservations and refer to the Group Codes above. Your hotel confirmation number will be sent to you via email if you provide your email address when you book a room.
Online: Click here. The ICBA Group Code is automatically populated. Complete the form and follow the instructions to complete your room reservation. Print the confirmation for your records.

Reservations outside of the ICBA convention dates will need to be made by phone.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ICBA has received several reports that unaffiliated third-party travel agents and wholesalers have been contacting ICBA listed attendees and exhibitors offering them deals on hotels for the ICBA Convention. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. ICBA does not utilize third-party brokers for its hotel bookings. If you don’t make your housing reservations directly with the convention hotel as instructed by ICBA, we will not be able to assist you.
