Exhibit Hall Passes

THIS FORM MUST BE RETURNED BY FEBRUARY 1, 2012

Three complimentary “Exhibit Hall Only” passes will be issued for each 10' x10' booth reserved. This pass allows non-registered booth personnel admittance to the Exhibit Hall ONLY, but does not entitle them to attend any other convention events. Additional badges are available for $35.00 each.

Note: Name badge changes will be accepted until February 1, 2012. On-site registrants will be charged $35 per name badge. If you have more than one booth, please complete a separate form for each booth.
