Techworld annually sells out months prior to the convention. Techworld booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit booth applications are sent to ICBA’s preferred service providers, corporate associate members and 2012 exhibitors prior to the other firms on our list in September. Exhibit Space will sell quickly and will be available online in early October, once our members have a chance to select their space. If your company is a non-member, please consider joining as a corporate associate member to choose space early.

Techworld is centrally located to all the major convention functions including Convention Registration, Luncheons, Receptions, Refreshment Breaks, Workshop Seminars, Cyber Cafe and more. Events during the convention and trade show schedule have been designed to provide exhibitors with maximum exhibit hall traffic. All applications are an offer which are subject to the absolute right of ICBA to accept or reject.

*Additional fees paid by Non-Members may be applied towards ICBA membership.

A deposit of $1,750 per booth, or $10,000 per island is required within 10 days of receiving your application.

A complimentary registration enabling one person to attend all the meal functions, workshops and general sessions (a $1,000 value – thru Wednesday, March 13)
3 hall passes for your sales staff
Convention Mobile App listing, description, logo, and ability to download PDF marketing materials for attendees to view
Free on-line listing on our vendor directory
Product/Service description in the ICBA Techworld Directory
Opportunity to advertise in the Techworld Directory and ICBA Independent Banker Magazine
Pre-convention mailing labels of convention delegates for marketing purposes (e-mailed approximately 3 weeks before the show)
Sponsorship opportunities
24-hour exhibit security service
One 8’ high draped back wall and two 3’ high draped side dividers
