ICBA Group Room Rate (single/double)

Run of House*: $229 + tax and $15 resort fee
Guaranteed Atrium View Room: $269 + tax and $15 resort fee

The Gaylord will charge your credit card for a one night deposit at the time of booking.

*Run of House means your room type could be either a city view or atrium view. It will be determined when you check in to the hotel. If you want to be Guaranteed an Atrium view, you must book at the Atrium View Rate above.

Family plan will be in effect, whereby up to two children, regardless of age, may stay in parents’ room. No charge for rollaways used by children in the same room as their parents.

• By Phone: 1-866-972-OPRY (6779) Gaylord Opryland In-House Reservations. Your hotel confirmation number will be sent to you via email if you provide your email address when you book a room.
• Online: Click here and the ICBA group code is automatically populated. Complete the form and follow the instructions to complete your room reservation. Print the confirmation for your records. Reservations outside of the ICBA convention dates will need to be made by phone.
