Q: Who can I bring as my guest for the spouse/guest price?

A: A guest is a spouse, significant other, or friend who is not in a financial occupation. A co-worker or an associate in the financial services industry may not be considered a guest. Only registered guests will be allowed access to all convention activities, including Expo

Q: What is included in the registration fee for spouse/guest?

A: The spouse/guest registration fee entitles this person to everything that the main registrant can attend, including education sessions, the expo, general sessions and evening functions. Additional registration and fees may apply to some events.

Q: What meals are included?

A: Meals included in your registration fee are:

Breakfast in Expo
Welcome Reception with open bar
Lunch in Expo
Final Banquet

Q: Are the tours included in the registration fee?

A: The tours are not included in the price of the registration. Tours are available to registered attendees only at an additional cost. Tour descriptions and registration links are listed on our website.

Q: Is the final banquet included in my registration fee?

A: The Chairman’s reception, along with the final evening banquet and entertainment is included in the price of your registration.

Q: What is the dress for the banquet & show?

A: The dress is dinner/formal attire.

Q: Can I purchase extra tickets for the banquet & show?

A: A limited number of banquet tickets are available for purchase on-site at the registration desk.

Q: When can I pick my seats for the banquet & show?

A: Our online seat selection goes live the end of January and you will be notified by email when that process is ready.

Q: What is the overall dress code for the convention?

A: Business casual for the expo and workshops, and dinner attire for the final banquet.

Q: Am I able to attend the state association/exhibitor receptions?

A: Invitations for these receptions will be sent out prior to convention.

Q: What are CPE credits?

A: CPE credits are continuing education credits. When you attend eligible workshops your badge will be scanned and a certificate will be sent to you after convention.

Q: How close are the headquarter hotels to the convention center?

A: The Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk hotels and Hilton Palacio Del Rio are within walking distance to the convention center. All three hotels are located across the street from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Q: Do I have to register for each workshop/seminar I want to attend?

A: No, workshops are available to attend on a first-come, first-serve basis.
