Andrea Bona
Andrea Knotts Bona joined ICBA in August of 2012 as Vice President of marketing. She brings more than 20 years of multi-channel marketing, branding, content creation and publishing experience with her. Prior to joining ICBA, she was the founder and managing partner of One Orange Feather Inc., a marketing and management consulting firm. Before that, she served as Vice President of strategic marketing for the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, D.C. She has also served as a multi media publisher at CTIA and VP of marketing and communications at The Strategis Group. While at The Strategis Group, Bona also ran CommNOW.com, one of the first subscription-based, daily Internet news services in the United States. A creative problem solver and "fixer" by nature, Bona is skilled at leveraging integrated marketing and communications strategies and using mulit-channel marketing to meet business objectives.
Ann Chen
Ann is Communications Coordinator for ICBA. She is responsible for managing the company's social media presence as well as assisting with public relations.
