Mark K. Scanlan

Mark K. Scanlan is vice president of agriculture and rural policy for ICBA.  Before joining ICBA, Scanlan worked for the Department of Agriculture in the secretary’s Office of Congressional Relations under Secretaries Yeutter and Madigan.  He also worked on agricultural issues as a staff member for Sen. Bob Dole (R-Kan.).
