Ann Grochala

Vice President, Lending and Accounting Policy

Ann Grochala is vice president of lending and accounting policy for ICBA.  Before joining ICBA, Grochala held positions in funding and financial analysis with organizations related to the Federal Farm Credit System, including the Farm Credit System Assistance Board, the Farm Credit Administration and the Federal Land Bank of Omaha.  She also worked as an account executive for Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.
