ICBA is currently recruiting for a VP, Education in Sauk Centre, MN.

The Vice President will have a combination of experiences that include management roles in the banking sector. This VP is expected to have a significant depth of experience in educational training and the community banking industry. Must be highly skilled, with the ability to lead and manage across departments.
The VP will be a collaborator. An intelligent, balanced, culturally sensitive professional who excels in forging close and productive working relationships with a broad range of personality types.
This VP will be responsible for actively monitoring emerging banking regulatory risks, scoping and analyzing possible implementation challenges for community bankers, and developing and recommending potential options, curriculums and educational programs to be offered.
The VP will build on the success of the ICBA’s education program and events to position ICBA as the “go to” place for community banks seeking high quality educational programs.

- Strong understanding of community banks training needs
- Strong communications skills are essential
- Ability to travel as required
