Loughlin Cleary is Northeast Region vice president for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). As an ICBA member relationship officer, Cleary ensures that ICBA members have the information and tools they need to make the most of their membership.
He has more than 20 years of financial services experience, which he applies to help member banks address industry challenges and meet their business goals. He also works with non-members to showcase how ICBA can help them meet their business objectives.
Prior to joining ICBA in 2016, Cleary worked for a retail bank, a trust company and spent 17 years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston, serving in various roles including sales, financial management and product development. Most recently, Loughlin served as vice president, member solutions manager.
Cleary is a graduate of Dickinson College and has his Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
