Jeremy J. Dalpiaz is assistant vice president of cyber and data security policy for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). He advocates ICBA’s cyber and data security priorities before the federal regulators, including FDIC, OCC, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and others.
Dalpiaz also represents community banks in public-private partnerships, including the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) and the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security.
Prior to joining ICBA in 2015, Dalpiaz was associate director of advocacy for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). He also has served in legislative roles for Representatives Vernon J. Ehlers and Nick Smith, both from his home state of Michigan.
Dalpiaz earned a BA in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Policy (MPP), with a concentration in national security policy, from George Mason University.
