With the results of the 2012 elections now set in stone, "maintaining the status quo" has become a catchphrase among bankers and industry participants. However, the fact that the players stay the same does not mean that the game will not change. The banking industry is in a state of flux, and your bank needs to be prepared for everything 2013 has in store-the good, the bad, and the ugly. This webinar will discuss the state of the banking industry as it relates to community banks and provide a brief overview of how the industry has developed in 2012. The webinar will also address what community banks can expect going forward into 2013 in terms of regulator expectations, the mergers and acquisitions marketplace, strategic planning and other matters.
